Willow Wolfe Callia Filbert Comb Synthetic Kolinsky

The Callia Filbert Comb produces a repetitive pattern of thin lines. The head of the filbert comb is curved, which offers a more precisely tapered finish to the stroke than a flat grainer or fan brush. Our Filbert Comb has increased separation between each section which provides thick and thin lines for fur, feathers, hair and foliage.

Our filbert comb is created with a blend of multi-diameter etched Synthetic which creates microscopic pockets for colour to move into between each filament, creating a controlled release of colour. 

A perfectly balanced handle with six layers of filler, primer, paint and lacquer prevents water from penetrating to the wood. This ensures the handles resist cracking and increases the longevity of your brushes. Willow Wolfe uses solid brass ferrules that are crimped and meticulously inspected for shape and a scratch-free finish.
