Return Policy

Blank Canvas Art Supplies does not issue in-store Refunds. Exchange or store credit is available up to 14 days after purchase with the original receipt. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Online returns can be done so at the expense of the customer. Blank Canvas Art Supplies will accept returns on products purchased online up to 14 days after the products has been received. The customer is responsible for providing return shipping costs and arrangements. There will be a 15% restocking fee for any returned items.

**Items ineligible for exchange or store credit include: gift cards, sheets of paper, open jars, bottles or tubes, used pens/markers, markdown and Maker's products.
