Refund policy

We offer exchange & store credit up to 14 days after in-store purchases. We accept online returns within 14 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and there is a 10% restocking fee.

Products purchased from our Makers Space in store cannot be returned.

**Items ineligible for exchange or store credit include: gift cards, sheets of paper, open jars, bottles or tubes, used pens/markers, markdown, handmade goods and any artwork.
