July 22: Complimentary Colour Triptych
We'll explore the colour wheel, understand the intense visual energy created by opposing hues, and then apply this knowledge to a three-panel piece. Each panel will focus on a different complimentary colour pair, allowing you to investigate their unique interactions and create a cohesive and dynamic artwork with a strong visual impact.

July 23: Recycled Paper Collage
Challenge your creativity by transforming everyday discarded paper into unique works of art. We'll explore various techniques for cutting, tearing, layering, and assembling paper to create textured and visually interesting collages. Consider themes of sustainability and resourcefulness in your artistic approach.

July 24: Oil Pastel Art inspired by Van Gogh
Immerse yourselves in the bold colours and expressive mark-making of Vincent van Gogh. We'll explore his unique techniques with oil pastels, focusing on layering, blending, and creating dynamic textures to capture emotion and movement in our own inspired artworks.

July 25: Embroidered Pencil Case
Learn the fundamentals of hand embroidery and create your own custom pencil case. We'll explore basic stitches and techniques to add decorative elements, monograms, or original designs to fabric pencil cases, resulting in a functional and personalized piece that reflects your individual style.

We inspire our students with the art of the masters and empower them to find their own artistic voice to let the creative process lead them to their own unique breakthroughs.
